A few things before filling out this form:
Orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance.
Pickups and deliveries are Fridays only. Don't worry about your cookies going bad before your event- all cookies will be individually heat sealed to ensure freshness for up to a week!
Pickups will be in the St. Johns/Durbin Crossing area. Delivery fees are listed in the FAQs/Pricing tab.

This custom order request does not confirm your order. I will contact you within 48 hours with a final quote and/or any additional questions.
Custom orders require at least a 7 days notice. A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to book your date and place an order (you will be sent an invoice). If deposit is not paid within 3 days, you will be sent a reminder email, and then your date will be opened up to the next customer in line.
The remaining balance is due 1 week before pickup/delivery.
