How do I place an order?
To place an order, please fill out the Custom Cookie Form and I will be in contact with you within 48 hours.
When should I place my order?
Orders need to be placed AT LEAST 14 days before the date that they are needed. It is never too early to place an order. I only take a certain amount of orders per week, so be sure to pay your deposit to book your date as soon as possible. A $10 rush fee will be added to orders placed less than 7 days in advance (if I am able to squeeze you in).
How do you package your cookies?
All cookies come individually heat sealed. Smaller or mini cookies may come packaged sets of 3-4 (please specify if you would like them individually heat sealed). They are then placed in a bakery box with a tulle bow.
Do you require a minimum order?
Yes. I require a minimum of 2 dozen cookies per order.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. I require a $10 non-refundable deposit to book your date. Your order is not placed until you pay the deposit. The remaining balance is due a week before your pick-up/delivery.
If the deposit is not paid within 3 days after being requested, I will send you one reminder email. If it it not paid by the end of that day, your date will open up to the next person.
Do you deliver cookies?
I no longer offer delivery. Pickups will be held on Fridays between 8:00-9:00 am or 5:00-6:00 pm in the Durbin Crossing/Saint Johns area.
Can you ship cookies?
Unfortunately, I am unable to ship cookies due to Florida's Food Cottage Laws.
Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds once you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately.
