How do I place an order?
To place an order, please fill out the Custom Cookie Form and I will be in contact with you within 48 hours.
When should I place my order?
Orders need to be placed AT LEAST 7 days before the date that they are needed. It is never too early to place an order. I only take a certain amount of orders per week, so be sure to pay your deposit to book your date as soon as possible. A $10 rush fee will be added to orders places less than 7 days in advance (if I am able to squeeze you in).
How do you package your cookies?
All cookies come individually heat sealed. Smaller or mini cookies may come packaged sets of 3-4 (please specify if you would like them individually heat sealed). They are then placed in a bakery box with a tulle bow.
Do you require a minimum order?
Yes. I require a minimum of 2 dozen cookies per order.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. I require a $10 non-refundable deposit to book your date. Your order is not placed until you pay the deposit. The remaining balance is due a week before your pick-up/delivery.
If the deposit is not paid within 3 days after being requested, I will send you one reminder email. If it it not paid by the end of that day, your date will open up to the next person.
How much does delivery cost?
Deliveries are made on Fridays. I CAN deliver to your work or home. Distance is from my house in Durbin Crossing to your location (not round trip).
Up to 10 miles: $5
10-15 miles: $8
25-35 miles: $15
Can you ship cookies?
Unfortunately, I am unable to ship cookies due to Florida's Food Cottage Laws.
Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately.
